This package is great for someone who wants 1-2 topics addressed and already has a roadmap of where they are going.

This 3 month package provides:

One, 1 hour initial assessment
Five, 45 minute sessions bi-weekly
Customized nutrition & wellness plan
Virtual support between sessions
This package is great for someone who wants a deeper dive and has 3-4 topics to address and could need a little more assistance.

Cost: $744 one time or $248 a month over 3 months.

Flourish

This 6 month package provides:

One, 1 hour initial assessment
Eleven, 45 minute sessions bi-weekly
Customized nutrition & wellness plan
Virtual support between sessions
This package is great for a longer term health overhaul. Great for someone who wants to really dig into what is going on and address those concerns with support.

Cost: $1485 one time or $247.50 a month over 6 months.
